Sign up for our classes! First, we (safely) guide you through shucking a “standard” oyster, the most difficult oyster to shuck because of its misshapen shell. Then, we move onto the “choice” oysters that are typically found in restaurants and fine grocery stores. At the end this two-hour class, you’ll leave with your own shucking knife, t-shirt and the confidence know that there’s no oyster you can’t shuck.
